Let’s Build It Step by Step

Phase 1: Set Up Your Voice Agent

1. Create an ElevenLabs Agent:
   • Name it (mine’s “Eric” 😄)
   • Choose a voice (clone yours or pick from their library)
   • Add this system prompt:
     “You’re a friendly assistant named Eric. Your goal is to book meetings. Always confirm the email and time!”
2. Enable the Calendar Tool:
   • In ElevenLabs, add a new “Calendar Tool”
   • Use a Make.com webhook URL (we’ll create this next!)

Phase 2: Build the Make.com Workflow‍

1. Import the Calendar Scenario:
   • Download my pre-built Make.com template .
   • No coding needed—just click “Import Blueprint.”
2. Connect to Google Calendar:
   • Authorize Google Calendar in Make.com
   • Set event details:
     • Duration: 30 mins (adjustable!)
     • Auto-add Google Meet link ✅
     • Attendee emails (pulled from the voice agent)
3. Add Error-Proofing:
   • Use ChatGPT to format dates/times (e.g., “tomorrow at 1 PM” → ISO 8601)
   • Include a confirmation step to avoid typos.

Phase 3: Connect Everything

1. Link ElevenLabs to Make.com:
   • Copy your Make.com webhook URL into ElevenLabs’ “Calendar Tool”
   • Test it! Say, “Book a meeting with Carlo tomorrow at 2 PM”
2. Customize Responses:
   • Teach your agent to say:
     “Your meeting’s booked! I’ll send the details to your email. Need anything else?”
